1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking photography services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you have paid the required deposit and received written confirmation from us.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed delivery of photos or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to find an alternative date when possible.

By Photographer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding alternative arrangements.

4. Photography Services

Coverage Hours: Sessions and events are charged based on agreed-upon hours. Additional time beyond the package may incur extra fees.

Photo Quantity: The number of edited photos delivered depends on the package selected. While we aim to capture as many moments as possible, the final count may vary.

Editing Style: All photos are edited according to our signature style. We do not provide RAW or unedited photos.

5. Photo Delivery

Timeline: Photos are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks for standard sessions and 4-8 weeks for weddings and large events.

Delivery Method: Photos are delivered via private online gallery with download access. Physical prints or albums can be ordered separately.

Gallery Expiration: Online galleries remain active for 90 days from delivery. Please download your photos within this period.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

Photographer's Copyright: We retain full copyright to all photographs. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal purposes.

Your Usage Rights: You may print, share on social media, and display photos for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

Our Usage Rights: We reserve the right to use photos from your session for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide accurate event details, timelines, and location information
• Obtain necessary permissions for photography at venues
• Inform us of any special requests or must-have shots in advance
• Ensure proper lighting and access at indoor locations

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality photographs, we cannot be held liable for:

• Images not captured due to obstruction by guests or venue staff
• Technical failures beyond our control (equipment malfunction, venue restrictions, etc.)
• Poor lighting conditions or uncooperative weather
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In the unlikely event of complete failure to deliver, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.

9. Model Release

By booking our services, you grant us permission to photograph you and any guests at your event, and to use those images for professional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please provide written notice.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, injury, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the laws and courts of our jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
